Commissioned directly by HP as part of an initiative providing free, practical resources to businesses during the pandemic. With full creative freedom, I independently identified useful resource categories, developed the collection’s visual direction, and designed every asset.
Created a flexible system of operational worksheets covering employee scheduling, time tracking, inventory management, supplier information, invoicing, and customer orders. Each form was structured around real-world use, with clear hierarchy, intuitive field organization, and generous space for handwritten information.
Developed a complementary collection of customer-facing safety signs communicating mask, distancing, handwashing, sanitizing, and cleaning requirements. Designed each message for quick recognition from a distance using concise copy, simple icons, strong contrast, and four coordinated color options.
Prepared both collections as accessible, printer-friendly PDFs that HP could distribute online for business owners to download and print as needed.
