DELIVERABLES
Laid out a 160-page companion workbook translating the author's seven-step PLAN to WIN framework into guided exercises. Built a seven-color chapter coding system with a reader-facing color key page, carried consistently through chapter rules, callout boxes, and section eyebrows. Designed a repeating callout architecture used on every chapter opener: summary panel, objective, guiding questions, and a "What You'll Complete" checklist. Managed cross-referencing across the full book, with exercises pointing readers back to specific earlier page numbers. Built the Part 2 planner system of 4 quarterly dashboards, 52 weekly planning spreads, quarter completion pages, and a year-in-review. Absorbed a late structural rewrite from the author and delivered the final file on the amended deadline.
